We have a 15 days return policy, which means to request a return, you have 15 days after receiving your product.

There are some conditions to be eligible for a return that is given below:

• The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be unused and with its original packaging.
• You must have the receipt of purchase as proof.

 

Damages and Issues

Please check or, if possible, do a video while unpacking the product packaging and contact us immediately if the item has any defect or damage or if you receive the wrong product so that we can fix the issue as soon as possible.

Exceptions

There are some items that cannot be returned, such as plants, beauty products, customized products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids. Please do not forget to get in touch if you have any questions about your product.

Refunds

We will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
